SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thanks for shopping at National Robe Corporation.

 

All of our garments are made to the specifications and measurements provided by our customers. We pride ourselves in providing quality garments to all of our customers, and if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. Please allow 3-5 days for shipping arrival.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer must notify National Robe Corporation within 7 business days of delivery of any issues with garments purchased.

If garments do not fit and are manufactured from measurements provided by the customer, National Robe will make necessary alterations, however a fee may be charged at the customer’s expense. If a fee is charged the customer will be notified prior to alterations being done.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All returns must receive return authorization from National Robe Corporation. Any merchandise returned without the approved return authorization will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation request must be done within 48 hours of the order request. Customers must cancel by calling and speaking with a representative during normal business hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5:30 pm eastern standard time at 800-707-9559.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of

payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
